Expo City Dubai continues its new mission to inspire the next generation of students, innovators, and change-makers with inspiring journeys rich in workshops and unforgettable lessons as part of the 28th Conference of the Parties (COP28).
Schools seized the opportunity to organise trips full of exploration and adventure to learn new cognitive concepts about the climate summit hosted by the city, which is bustling with activities for visitors from around the world.
Expo City Dubai has allocated different programmes, workshops and various activities so schools across the UAE can plan their trips based on the time and content they seek.
The school tours included engaging students in awareness initiatives related to environmental sustainability and climate action, highlighting the commitment to reducing paper usage, avoiding plastic bottles, and encouraging the use of recyclable materials.
Also, it provided students with hands-on experience, connecting them with sustainability, drip irrigation, and new energy initiatives.
These trips, aligned with COP28, offer an inspiring opportunity for students to understand and engage with climate-related concepts and further enhance the students' exposure to these critical topics.
