The UAE authorities said that Eid Al Fitr prayers would be held in approved mosques or Eid Musalla across the UAE.
The first day of Eid Al Fitr is likely to be on Tuesday/ Wednesday according to the moon sighting.
The authorities are preparing to mark the Eid with best possible, incident free.
The Islamic body in the UAE has issued Eid Al Fitr prayer timings for the seven emirates.
Abu Dhabi: 6:22 am
Al Ain: 6:15 am
Dubai: 6:18 am
Sharjah: 6:17 am
Ajman: 6:17 am
Umm Al Quwain: 6:17 am
Ras Al Khaimah: 6:15 am
Fujairah: 6:15 am
Authorities and volunteers will supervise the process of entering and leaving the places of prayer, to prevent congestion.
Separately, Dubai Police Headquarter has announced 7 locations around Dubai where Eid Al Fitr cannons will be fired. The Eid cannons are at seven locations across Dubai – Zabeel next to Grand Zabeel Mosque, and at prayer sites in Nad Al Shiba, Nadd Al Hamar, Baraha, Al Barsha, Umm Suqeim and Hatta.
