President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan discussed during a phone call with His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, fraternal relations and ways to enhance joint cooperation in all fields to serve their mutual interests. They also deliberated on a number of issues and topics of common concern.
His Highness and His Majesty King Hamad reviewed the developments in the Middle East region, most notably the worsening humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip, as well as intensifying efforts to reach a cease fire and provide full protection for civilians, in addition to ensuring the delivery of sufficient humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza in a sustainable and unhindered manner.
The two sides stressed the vital need to prevent the conflict expanding further in the region and the importance of pursuing a just, comprehensive, and lasting peace based on the two-state solution to ensure stability and security for all.
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed spoke by telephone today with His Majesty King Abdullah II Bin Al-Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, during which they reviewed fraternal relations and ways to enhance cooperation and joint coordination across various domains to serve their mutual benefits.
His Highness and His Majesty also discussed developments in the Middle East, most notably the worsening crisis taking place in the Gaza Strip and efforts to reach an immediate and permanent ceasefire in Gaza, in addition to the priority of providing protection for civilians and enhancing the flow of humanitarian, medical and relief aid to the people of Gaza.
His Highness also spoke by telephone today with His Highness Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar. Their Highnesses discussed UAE-Qatar relations and opportunities for further collaboration to help achieve the development goals of both countries.
