Pakistan’s social worker and businessman Khalid Hussain Chaudhry, President Pakistan Social Centre Sharjah, (PSCS) was honoured for his efforts to help the distressed Pakistani expats during the recent floods in Sharjah.
A special event was held at the premises of the Consulate General in Dubai on Saturday to honour Khalid Hussain and his volunteers’ team.
Hussain Muhammad, Consul General of Pakistan Consulate Dubai met Khalid Hussain along with his team members and lauded his selfless supports for the overseas Pakistanis living the UAE, and especially in the emirates of Sharjah.

The Consul General paid tributes to the President of Sharjah Social Centre for the tireless efforts during the recent floods to provide food and water to the stranded Pakistani families in the UAE.
PSCS efforts helped around 500 Pakistani families during the floods. The Consul General honoured Khalid Hussain Chaudhry and his team including Faraz Ahmed Siddiqui, Imran Aslam, Sajjad Khan, Abdul Majid and Mohammad Azam, with appreciation certificates.
