A woman died as a result of a fall from a highrise tower located on Sheikh Zayed Road, specifically in Business Bay area in Dubai on Monday early morning.
The woman's body was discovered at approximately 5 a.m. in the vicinity of the parking facility of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and next to the “Second Home” café on the ground floor of the Escape Tower, the residence of the deceased.
It is presumed that she fell from the balcony of the 38-storey tower. The identity and nationality of the deceased have yet to be confirmed.
The cops and paramedics rapidly cordoned off the scene by placing yellow tape from the café to a nearby salon. According to eye-witnesses from individuals present at the scene, police officers were observed engaging in interrogation of building security personnel and residents at the onset of the investigation. The area remained inaccessible to the public as the authorities continued their investigation. While, the body was recovered at approximately 7:30 a.m. by paramedics.
The circumstances surrounding the woman's death are still under investigation by the relevant authorities, and further details are anticipated to be disclosed as the investigation progresses.
