Etihad Airways has stated that its scheduled flights to and from Beirut will remain suspended until 11 October. This decision has been made in light of the prevailing regional circumstances.
In a statement released by the company, it was revealed that passengers on transit flights in Abu Dhabi with a final destination of Beirut will not be permitted to fly from their departure airport unless they make their own travel arrangements from Abu Dhabi.
In a statement, the airline indicated that passengers affected by the suspension of flights should contact their booking agents for alternative travel options. Alternatively, they may contact the Etihad Airways call centre, visit the Etihad Airways website, or use the Etihad Airways mobile app.
The airline recommended that travellers verify the accuracy of their contact details by accessing the Manage Your Booking page for the latest updates.
The company has stated that it is engaged in continuous monitoring of the situation in the region and maintains close communication with the relevant authorities regarding developments.
Furthermore, the airline expressed its regret for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation, reiterating that the safety of its guests and crew is its paramount concern.
