In an effort to ensure the safety of its passengers and crew, flydubai has taken the precautionary measure of cancelling flights to Jordan, Iran, Iraq, and Israel scheduled for Saturday.
Additionally, the airline has diverted a number of other flights. A spokesperson for flydubai emphasised that the airline is closely monitoring the situation and adjusting its flight schedule accordingly.
Flydubai recommended that customers contact the call centre in Dubai, visit the flydubai office, or consult their travel agent for further information regarding rebooking or refund options.
Furthermore, the spokesperson underscored the significance of customers updating their contact information via the booking management system on flydubai.com. This platform also enables customers to monitor flight status and obtain the most recent updates.
The spokesperson reiterated that this step aligns with flydubai's commitment to ensuring the safety and comfort of its customers. Any subsequent updates will be promptly communicated as soon as they become available, he added.
