The show must go on. In a period of horror and deaths, people around the world not only fighting firmly with coronavirus COVID-19 but also taking important steps so the show must go on (“Love wins: Wedding preparations resume as coronavirus lockdown lifts in Wuhan,” April 17, Gulf Today).
As Chinese city of Wuhan relaxed a strict lockdown people across the city are coming out to make the time fruitful. It is really an interesting story of a Chinese couple that was supposed to get married on Feb.20, 2020, but unfortunately the world had to experience one of the deadliest coronaviruses in the history so the city went into a lockdown ordered by the Chinese government.
The lockdown forced them to stay away from each other and stay safe. Everything is possible if the precious life is there so it was important to follow the government’s instructions.
Social distance is the key to defeat the coronavirus. Because of the pandemic, and following their government’s directions, they put all their plans for marriage ceremony on hold with a hope that one day it will be normal and their dream would come true. What great fight against coronavirus Chinese people has fought, they defeated Coronavirus COVID-19 in around two months and are now easing restrictions in the city slowly.
After the lockdown in the Chinese city Wuhan, the fortunate couple registered their marriage as all the marriage registration offices are opened.
China has opened the city Wuhan with standard operating procedure, big gatherings are still not allowed and hotels are not taking bookings, so it can continue control the spread of deadly disease. Government only can fight and control the deadly virus when it has full support of people. It is so important for all of us to pay attention to our governments’ precautionary measures in a difficult time, like Chinese people did with their government.
It is our testing time, we will fight bravely and win the war against coronavirus God Almighty willing.
