Another tranquil holy month of Ramadan has begun. The time has come for sharing, peace, and tolerance. This unison of religion and culture transforms the dream destination of Dubai into a remarkable reality. So what really makes Ramadan in Dubai a unique experience?
The holy month of Ramadan marked by fasting and prayer holds great importance and significance for Muslims. As a non-Muslim Indian expatriate raised in Dubai, it makes me very ecstatic to be a part of this community. Certainly we should have time devoted to the almighty for all the wonders and blessings he has bestowed upon us.
There is a general feeling of goodwill within the community. Everyone makes extra effort to do as many good deeds as possible and also stop their awful traits and habits. This year because of the ongoing COVID-19 things are going to be quite serene with a sanitation drive in place and prayers and fasting at home. Wishing one and all, Ramadan Kareem.
