It is good news for the residents from all over the world who want to come back to Dubai and start their work after months of hiatus because of the coronavirus pandemic (“Residents back in Dubai to undergo 14-day quarantine,” June 13, Gulf Today).
Residents who want to come back to Dubai have to go through the procedure the United Arab Emirates government designed for them.
Every life is precious. We are all responsible for taking care of each other. Dubai has announced it would welcome residents from all over the world, but with the condition that residents must quarantine themselves for 14 days, which is the best way to save an individual from the virus and others also.
The Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism) has issued complete and detailed guidelines for the home and hotel quarantine of residents returning to Dubai, and residents of the city. All residents returning to Dubai must quarantine themselves for 14 days at either home or a hotel, according to a new set of guidelines issued by Dubai Tourism.
People should follow the guidelines provided by the United Arab Emirates government, and show the responsibility that they are not only looking after themselves but also caring for others.
