Being happy is oftentimes a matter of the opinion that you have about yourself and your environment. We might be living in a very cozy home with more money than we will ever need. We may have a really good job that you go to every day and we find happiness on the job.
There may be others who have a similar situation that is not happy. They have great careers, lots of money but finding happiness is difficult for them.
Something or the other will trigger them in their life. Regardless of the reasons, finding happiness in our life will greatly affect our journey in improving ourself especially this time when most of us were faced with ups and downs taking the pandemic crisis leading to a twist in our lifestyle.
I know it is easy to just read and skim through, but “STOP”. As we are slowly approaching the end of the year it’s time we think seriously about ourselves what we are doing, how we feel, and whether or not we believe in our self to be happy.
The main thing here is to honestly think about these things and if they are preventing us from being happy. Life isn’t the sweetest candy and life is not about being praised, doing things for others to grab fame and name.
Each of us is unique and we all have a heart. Sometimes, when I feel like the world is just too heavy, I look around and find people who continued to live fascinating with their wonderful lives. And then thoughts come popping into my mind like bubbles from nowhere- how did their life become so adorably sweet?
How come they still can manage to laugh and play around despite a busy stressful life? Then I pause and observed for a while. Times may be boring that can stress you off with work and challenges but for me, soft music takes me to another world.
Even a brisk walk in this chilly weather calms me down. Often times in life various things happen or are done that seek to remove happiness from life.
