The high-profile and much-talked about Johnny Depp and Amber Heard courtroom drama looks to be over by now after days of hype and hoopla. The entire world that included media and fans followed the case very closely with great trepidation. It looked like a climax of any Hollywood movie. Even fans of Depp and Amber looked to be waiting with placards outside the Fairfax County Courthouse in Fairfax, Virginia. It is over now, but we can’t say who is the winner and who is the loser. I feel both of them have lost the battle.

The amount of love and respect both the stars had earned from their fans in all these years looks to slip away from them now. We as fans have a tendency to idolise our stars. We only want to hear positive things from them. But this courtroom battle and details which appeared in the newspaper have completely shocked us. We can’t accept the fact that our stars can be so mean off-screen. They should have resolved the issue outside the court without making an issue of it. They should have realised their stature. This will hamper their public image for sure.
