As the weather is getting invigorating these days and with winter just around the corner it's time for Dubai to wake up for another episode of a fitness challenge. One of the best times for many of us to wake up and head for our daily regime doing anything physical to remain fit.
Personally, for me, I have been already working out for years and I don't wait for an occasion so practicing my daily regime is something that I can't resist. The next day I wake up and head to the office I feel fresh, active, and healthy. An urge to eat junk or start off with an unhealthy breakfast with sodas. Don't wait for your sugar and cholesterol levels to build up and then lay on your little couch thinking that you need to work out. I know there are some large companies out here that even have their competitions where employees compete with other employees and the best result is selected at the end. This is also another form of awareness programme.
The current fitness challenge should be a wake-up call for many. Thanks to the UAE authorities for giving the public immense facilities like jogging tracks, cycling tracks, and beautiful parks for us to use to the fullest. Whether you sway, do some serene yoga, take a stroll run or jog as long as it helps you remain fit and active there should never be an end to what you do.
It's worrisome factor that living in today's fast-paced world many of us are still yet to wake up from our comfort zone. Even youngsters these days are busy struggling to make both ends meet with many challenges they are faced with. Teens have started developing diabetics and cholesterol at a very young age so they try to reckon with the situation of adults. However, it’s never too late and all that we need to focus on is to have a healthy lifestyle so that we can remain fit and smart all the time.
Each of us has a duty to protect our health and that is only by eating a balanced nourished diet, managing time, and working out on a daily base which will make a lot of difference in line with your mind and body. Time for us to strike a chord and balance our lifestyle so that we lead a healthy life. With this, I am so in love with me cycling after years.
