Superb platform

ndia’s fascination with cricket is age-old and that’s the reason it has produced some of the finest players of the world. Be it Sunil Gavaskar, Kapil Dev, Mohammed Azharuddin, Sachin Tendulkar or Mahendra Singh Dhoni. India has a very competitive domestic setup, and all those players who reach the top are the product of the domestic circuit.  In the recent past also so many players like Yuvraj Singh, Md.Kaif, Zaheer Khan or Virat Kohli have all graduated from the domestic setup and went on to exhibit their talent at the international level.  

But now India has got one more such platform which has taken Indian cricket to another level and that is the Indian Premier League (IPL). IPL has allowed many talented players to come up at the top. Many cricketers are serving the national team now, who were discovered during the IPL. The IPL has become a great platform for youngsters too. It is fantastic to see so many talented players coming from across India. Not only that these uncapped players get to play but they also get to share the dressing room with the greats which help them learn a lot.
