It’s really good news for the residents of the United Arab Emirates as the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority has reduced the fare for all taxis by 10 per cent (“Dubai reduces taxi fares by 10%,” Jan.13, Gulf Today website).

Residents, visitors and tourists will save their taxi fare by 10 per cent which makes a huge relief on their spending. According to the report published in Gulf Today, Adel Shakri, Director of the Planning and Business Administration Department at the Dubai Public Transport Agency, said that the announced tariff included all types of taxis, limousines, airport taxis, and others.

Dubai, one of the most lovable Emirates’ states, is the centre of attraction. People from all over the world love to live in Dubai and it’s a top tourist destination. The reduction of taxis fare will benefit millions of people and it’s a highly laudable decision taken by the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority.
