Having read about the latest dispatch in line with the topic- "Obesity" I was quite staggered to see the rates daunting. With technology taking us for a toss and most importantly our sedentary lifestyle condition, there are many who are yet to rouse up and educate themself about staying fit and healthy.
Whilst this is not possible for everyone taking the body size and lifestyle it’s worth a try and for this education starts from school. I used to be 87kgs a few years back I then decided that I need to slim down as being heavy is not my taste and i was nowhere apt.
I feel uncomfortable, agitated, and aggressive and even in the office those days I could not sit well. A sign of anger and rage during driving also was noticed during those days.
With no one to guide me, I took a nap for a few days and said to myself this is it and I am going to work this out. After a rigorous workout in a pacific open area following it like my religious rituals, I now enjoy working out by myself and I am 77kgs. It’s the time, patience, determination, and willpower. No one motivated me to do this. I just thought to myself that I had to do it.
Whilst there were many who were envious that I lost weight there were many who acclaimed me with an amazing "WOW". I now consider working out as a part and parcel of my life something that I cannot live without. My aim was not to be a muscle man or be like Salman Khan Or anyone of the Bollywood star but just to stay fit and it did work.
If I review the Obesity rates out here in UAE are just alarming and it does exist here with many who need to switch to healthy living and eating. Staying long hours at work, and not managing your lifestyle are not exempt.
