Timely testing

It’s a great initiative by Sharjah Taxi to start testing its electric vehicles at Sharjah International Airport. Eco-friendly transportation in the Emirates of Sharjah will definitely contribute hugely towards the betterment of the environment (“Sharjah Taxi starts testing its electric vehicles at Sharjah International Airport,” July 20, Gulf Today website).

Climate change is the biggest threat to the world. There is no doubt that eco-friendly transportation contributes in reducing harmful carbon emissions and meeting the highest standards of customer comfort and safety. According to the report, Sharjah Taxi, a part of Osool Transport Solutions, has commenced testing its first electric vehicles at Sharjah International Airport. Testing of its fleet of limousines is a pioneering endeavour towards environmentally friendly transportation in the Emirate of Sharjah, with the ultimate goal of achieving carbon-free public transportation by 2050. I am sure the honest efforts to save the environment from climate change disasters, such as testing of eco-friendly transport, will bring fruitful results. I would like to appreciate the initiative of testing electric vehicles at Sharjah International Airport by the Sharjah Taxi, a part of Osool Transport Solutions and wish them the best of luck for the bright results.
