New beginning

We have ushered in the New Year. We are hopeful for a better and brighter tomorrow. UAE residents have returned from Christmas and the winter break. Schools in the UAE have opened from Tuesday and yellow buses have started plying once again after a short break. Morning now looks more cheerful and agile with the return of children to school. Life has returned to routine. The best part of the New Year is that we start from a fresh vow. We try to look back and rectify mistakes if done. It is the time to press the reset button for a new beginning. I have always found the New Year to begin my life anew. It helps me be a better person. Each year, I make sure to look back and then move ahead. Like me, so many people do a check every year. This is wonderful. I also feel happy for children who got a few weeks’ break. They returned to school afresh and can look forward to a fresh beginning. Such breaks help school and college going children improve themselves and rejuvenate. Otherwise they are stuck in the same vicious cycle.
