Zeeshan Ahmad, a food delivery driver in a private company, demonstrated the best proactive effort as he repaired the traffic signal on one of the busiest Dubai roads, Al Wasl Street, which got the authority’s attention (“Food delivery driver awarded for fixing a traffic signal in Dubai,” March21, Gulf Today website).
According to the report, a food delivery driver was awarded by Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) chief for fixing a traffic signal in the emirate. The RTA wrote on X, “Mattar Al Tayer, Director-General, Chairman of the Board of Directors of RTA, honoured Zeeshan Ahmad, a delivery driver, for his proactive effort in repairing the traffic signal on Al Wasl Street.”
The food delivery driver job is tough to perform because it needs to deliver food stuff on time at the doorstep of a customer who booked it for any occasion. Zeeshan Ahmad got his share of social responsibility for fixing traffic signals on Al Wasl Street by the head of the department of Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority which was so encouraging for others as well.
