Thank you, Summer, for getting back. I am ready to face the heat and be fit as a fiddle. After those long chilly months for many of us in the UAE the summers are just around the corner. I used to hate the summer when I was overweight but after working out by myself since a few years I love the summer more than the winter simply because it keeps my skin hydrated, active and pristine.
We rise up early morning, pack our bags and rush to work. During this interim we use AC cars, metros, buses, taxes and bus shelters everywhere due to which most of us living out here lack in “Vitamin D” and as we do not like to get enough sunlight. Temperatures can rise but it’s all about how we look after ourselves, maintain our health and load up more on fruits and vegetables and by drinking plenty of water.
Although I am not a beach fan, the day trips to the beach for many, the warming summer breeze, and the chance to spend time with family and friends are a few good reasons to fall in love with summer. The sun alone makes me jovial. We spending time under the sun increases good mood. Time to quench your thirst, eating healthily and when you’re satiated why not stop by for a scoop of ice cream?
