I grew up watching Bollywood films in India. I am a huge admirer of Bollywood films since childhood. I remember during my childhood, my father would take me to the cinema hall once in a month to watch films and that’s how I had become a film buff. I can say my romance with Indian cinema started very early. But when I came to Dubai a few years ago and I started watching Pakistani drama I fell in love with dramas. I had never watched drama while I was in India and I was clueless about that. But when I started living in Dubai and my Pakistani friends introduced me to their dramas then I have become a huge fan of dramas.
I love the way they write the script and dialogues. Pakistan has so many great writers, actors and directors. I remember watching “Mere Pass Tum Ho,” then “Ishk Murshid” and before that “Parizaad,” and now I have started watching recently released “Barzakh.” It is amazing to watch Fawad Khan. His acting, presence and dialogue delivery have always been great. I love this guy. I want to see him in more dramas. He is indeed a superstar. I wish to see more and more dramas coming from Pakistan. They have immense potential to entertain us.
