Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) and Dubai Sports Council (DSC) have announced some thrilling new sports offerings for the ninth edition of Dubai Sports World (DSW), taking place from June 19 until Sept.10 at DWTC.
Just Play, the UAE’s popular multisport academy will be presenting Just Action - an adrenaline packed arena for thrill seekers looking to immerse themselves in trapeze, acrobatics, wall and rock climbing, parkour, martial arts and combats, in addition to the multifaceted Ninja Warriors course which is making a comeback by popular demand.
Dubai’s AC Milan Academy will also make its debut at DSW this year, alongside Ball Above All, Just Cricket and Centerline Academies representing basketball, cricket and volleyball. This brings the total number of academies to 14 at DSW, with 20 sports and over 50 pitches.
The new entrants will join DSW’s impressive roster of academies featuring IFA Football Academy, Juventus Academy Dubai and LaLiga Academy, as well as professional badminton coaching with the Professional Sports Academy (PSA) and Deepika Badminton Academy, advanced tennis lessons with Tennis 360, quality cricket coaching with G-Force, and elite basketball training with Prestige Star Sport Academy (PSSA) and MPAC.

As one of the most popular sports and fitness events on Dubai’s summer calendar, DSW will draw fitness enthusiasts and seasoned athletes to play, compete, or cheer from the side-lines. The 25,000 sq. metres indoor air-conditioned venue will include: 3 pro-standard pitches for 5-a-side football; 3 pro-standard pitches for 7-a-side football and rugby; 6 basketball courts; 3 street basketball courts; 18 badminton courts; 2 tennis courts and a table tennis zone; 3 volleyball courts; 2 cricket pitches; cycling and fitness studios powered by Reebok and LesMills; a padel court; and a state-of-the-art gym fitted out by Technogym.
DSW will continue to provide safe, affordable and indoor facilities for grassroots sports programs for children of all ages, which will be run by leading professional training institutions from across the UAE.
