The Sharjah Equestrian and Racing Club organised its fourth summer training competition for show jumping.
The competitions witnessed a large participation from the riders of the training schools across the UAE including Sharjah Equestrian and Racing Club, Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club, Ajman
Equestrian Club, Al Safinat Stables, Mandara Equestrian Club, Jebel Ali Equestrian Club, Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club, Equestrian Club in the Sustainable City and many other stables.
A total of 138 riders participated in the event.
The first class was dedicated to the riders of training school in the club - the Al-Buni club knights - and the number of riders participating in this round was ten.
Hamid Al Owais, Saeed Al Hosani, Zuhair Zbebi, Naya Gharib, Ghanem Al Shamsi, Hind Al Ali, Aisha Al Ghurair, Reem Al Ketbi, Rakan Al Ali showcased their skills.
The one round against the clock in the saw fierce competition as 22 riders out of 40 cleared the hurdles without mistakes.
Reham Adel, Alejandro Rodrigues, Lamar Gharib, Karim Jaradi, Musab Al Yamahi, Laith Gharib, Hamid Al Ali, Maizieh Seif Al Awani, Ali Rahma, Muhammad Abdullah, Gad Muhammad, Karina Hofland Batoul Zaher, Abdullah Al Karbi, Abdullah Muhammad Al Hammadi, Ziyad Hani Fahmy, Nasser Al Darmaki, Fatima Abu Al-Fadl, Faya Muhammad Ali, Raneem Al Mahamid made it to the next round.
The fourth round also a run against time in saw 15 reached the mark including Lisa Menini Abdul Aziz Al Holi, Muhammad Al Ghurair, Yasser Al Masri, Hamza Muhammad, Ahmed Mansour, Yasmine Najjar, Ahmed Akbar, Salem Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Salem Khamis Al Suwaidi, Muhammad Al Shamsi, Muhammad Al Ghurair and Afnan Younis.
During the summer season, Sharjah Equestrian and Racing Club hosts ten championships, including six training competitions, three local championships, in cooperation with the Emirates
Equestrian and Racing Federation, and an international two-star championship.
The Sharjah Equestrian and Racing Club aspires to promote equestrian sports among young men and women.
