Four teams participated in the Halloween Cup — the first tournament in Al Habtoor Polo Resort and Club's jam-packed polo calendar in 2021-2022.
The afternoon opened with a goal from Coki Duggan at the subsidiary match between Bin Drai Polo and Mahra Polo team.
The first chukker ended with 2 goals in favour of Bin Drai. The Bin Drai's proved dominance by delivering 3 goals and carved a 4-goal lead by the end of the penultimate chukker.

Mahra Polo had shown grit as Guillermo Li and Tariq Al Habtoor closed the gap in scores mid of the last chukker.
The early lead by the Bin Drai coupled with their last 2 goals closed the game at 9.5 goals to 5.
The final match of the tournament had Habtoor Polo take the lead from the first chukker. The strong defensive play by Sandra Schneider of Hesketh Polo prevented the Habtoor team from scoring any goals during the second chukker and allowed them to level the scores by halftime, 2 - 2. The third chukker saw a flurry of goals from Habtoor Polo team with
Habtoor Al Habtoor scored 2 goals that gave them a 3 goal advantage. The last chukker ensued with Hesketh driving additional goals for the team, but the last score from JJ Diaz Alberdi sealed the win for Habtoor Polo at 7 goals to 5.
Philippe D'Amat, General Manager of Al Habtoor Polo Resort awarded the teams of the day.
Sandra Schneider was awarded the Most Valuable Player and Vendimia, ridden by Mohammed Al Habtoor as the Best Playing Pony.
