Sheikha Maitha Bint Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum-led UAE Polo clinched the Emaar Polo Cup title following a thrilling 9-6.5 win over Ankora/Bangash at the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club on Sunday.
With a super performance in the final, Sheikha Maitha’s team managed to retain the title they claimed in 2021.
In the subsidiary final, Rashid Bin Drai-led Bin Drai defeated Noon 9-5.7.
Ahmad Thani Al Matrooshi, member of the Board of Directors of Emaar Properties, and
Khaled Al Yasi, Director of Dubai Polo Club, gave away the trophies.
Matrooshi congratulated UAE Polo team patron Sheikha Maitha on her team’s victory in the final.
