Egyptian Eman Mohamed Hegab, who won the title of the strongest Arab woman, confirmed that she is preparing to compete in the World's Strongest Woman Championship, which will be held in the United States of America, next October.
Hegab works as a secondary teacher and has two sons and started practicing sports at the age of 22 years. She said that she wants to be an inspiration to other women in the society.
Hegab added that she continues intensive training and is doing her best to obtain the championship of the strongest woman in the world, by following a training programme divided in to different categories, according to local media.
Hegab indicated that she lifted weights up to 50 to 85 kilogrammes, and indicated that there is a method and the exercises require special training and focus.
On the other hand, the most powerful Arab woman confirmed that she is happy that there are some celebrity men and women who publish posts on social media pages, wanting to challenge her, as she replied to them, saying: “They are people who do not have the capabilities to challenge.”

It is noteworthy that Hegab participated in many competitions and won many medals, including the gold medal in the Arab Championship for Folkloric Games in Lebanon.
Hegab stated that in the past she had a foot injury, despite that she won several local championships, including the Lower Egypt Kickboxing Championship. She asserts that she is currently preparing to participate in the World Championships, to obtain the title of the strongest woman in the world, and raise Egypt's name high in international sports forums. She said that practicing this type of sport did not affect her family life.
Hegab said, “Practicing sports is very important for any woman. I live my personal life with my family, I have two sons who are studying, in addition to that I work in the Directorate of Education in Alexandria as a teacher.
“First, and therefore sport helps to organize time and this is what I take into account.”
Hegab said she trains a number of people of determination because they are special.
She claims she also helped train a number of drug addicts with the rehabilitation plan.
She said that sports are a reason for their complete recovery.
