Britain's Crown Prince William, donning boxing gloves, showed off his skills a little on the 10th anniversary of the founding of a sports training charity.
This came during William's visit, accompanied by his wife Kate, Princess of Wales, to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, London.
The heir to the throne seemed to be smiling during his sporting experience, listening to the coaches' instructions.
In turn, Kate played Boccia, a precision ball sport related to bowls and pétanque, but from a sitting position.
The now independent charity was set up by the Royal Foundation in 2012 to preserve the old ideals of the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
