The fourth day of the IFZA Silver Cup 2023 tournament consisted of two exciting matches on the grounds of Al Habtoor Polo Club.
The first match was between the IFZA Habtoor Polo team and UAE Polo Team. The game opened with a goal from Khalid Alomran, and Tommy Beresford led the UAE Polo Team to a 3-goal advantage by the end of the first chukker. The team kept momentum and closed the next chukker at 5 goals to nil.
IFZA Habtoor Polo cut the gap in scores by halftime with goals from Bautista Bayugar, but UAE Polo was quick to match each attempt and kept the three-goal lead by the end of the fourth chukker.
The last chukker saw flurry goals from both teams, but ultimately, the significant lead of UAE Polo gained them their second win in the tournament.
The first two chukkers of the next game saw the AM Polo team take the lead. The excitement kicked up a notch as Ignacio Negri from Bangash Dodson & Horrell Polo tied the scores by halftime.
The teams were neck and neck at penultimate chukker, with Tomas Llorente Jr. Isidro Strada delivered two goals each. AM Polo demonstrated skills by stealing the win with two goals by the end of the buzzer.
