Officials from the Saudi Al-Ittihad Club have begun preparing their final offer to sign Egyptian Mohamed Salah, the Liverpool striker.
According to media reports, Ittihad’s delegation has been in Britain since Saturday, in a final attempt to persuade Liverpool’s management to abandon the services of Mohamed Salah.
Reports pointed out that Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp's statements about Salah's commitment to staying with the team will not affect the plan of Jeddah Football Association officials, who may offer 200 million pounds sterling to complete the deal.
Reports pointed out the decision of Al-Ittihad officials to end the task of contracting with Mohamed Salah, on Tuesday, if the Liverpool management persists in rejecting the deal, and begins searching for other targets before the summer transfer window closes in Saudi Arabia on Sept.7.

It is noteworthy that Jurgen Klopp, Liverpool coach, stated that he was confident that Mohamed Salah would remain with the team and adhere to his contract, indicating that the news of his transfer to the Saudi Al-Ittihad was not outside the scope of media reports, which no one is talking about inside the club.
Liverpool reportedly turned down an offer worth up to £150 million ($189 million) from Saudi side Al-Ittihad for Salah this week.
"I never had any doubt about his commitment to this club," said Klopp after Salah scored his 188th goal for the club.
"You can’t imagine how much fuss the world has made but how calm we are with it. He is our player and wants to play here."
Victory takes the Reds to within two points of Manchester City at the top of the Premier League.
