Al-Nassr Club celebrated the 93rd Saudi National Day with the participation of Portuguese legend Cristiano Ronaldo and the stars of the first team.
The duo of the Saudi Al-Nassr Club team, the Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo and the Senegalese Sadio Mane, caught the attention during the celebration of National Day in the Kingdom.
The Saudi people celebrate National Day on Saturday, with sports clubs participating in the celebrations of this day by organizing many events to revive the national heritage and introduce foreign stars to the history of the Kingdom.
Al-Nassr Club was one of the first to celebrate the 93rd National Day, after the team captain, Portuguese player Cristiano Ronaldo, appeared wearing a bisht and shemagh, and holding a sword, to celebrate this occasion with traditional popular tunes, according to the video clip published on its account in X.
Al-Nassr includes a heavy arsenal of international players, led by team captain and Portuguese legend Cristiano Ronaldo and his compatriot Otavio, Croatian Marcelo Brozovic, Senegalese Sadio Mane, Brazilian Anderson Talisca, his compatriot Alex Telles, and Ivorian Sekou Fofana.
Cristiano Ronaldo previously participated in the Foundation Day celebrations last February by wearing the Saudi Marwadun dress and performing the Saudi Ardha dance, but he was not satisfied with that during his preparations for the National Day celebration rather, he wore the Saudi shemagh alongside the thobe.
It is noteworthy that Cristiano Ronaldo will be an ambassador for the upcoming Riyadh season, and there will also be a museum about his life and titles.
Ronaldo, who is 38 years old, joined Al-Nassr last January, and signed a contract extending until the summer of 2025 in exchange for receiving 200 million euros annually.
Cristiano Ronaldo tops the list of top scorers in the Saudi League with 7 goals, one goal ahead of his Senegalese colleague Sadio Mane and Salem Al-Dosari, the star of Al-Hilal.
