The finals of the Dubai Pro Bodybuilding Championship, a qualifier for Mr. Olympia 2023, were held at the Dubai World Trade Center with the participation of 700 athletes. The event was organized by the Oxygen Club in association with the Dubai Sports Council.
Mattar Al Tayer, the Deputy Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council, attended the Dubai Pro Bodybuilding Championship.
It was also attended by Saeed Hareb, Secretary General of DSC; Major General Tilal Ahmed Al Shanqiti, Assistant General Director of Airport Passport Affairs; Naser Aman Al Rahma, Assistant Secretary General of DSC; Adel Al-Ali, head of the championship’s organizing committee; Maher Abdul Karim Julfar, Deputy CEO of Dubai World Trade Center; and several sports personalities.
In the main championship (physical, classical physical, and professional categories), three players from the US, Oman, and Nigeria qualified for Mr. Olympia 2023, the biggest bodybuilding competition in the world.
Mr. Olympia 2023 will be held under the auspices of the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness from November 2–5 in Orlando City, Florida, US.
