AJMAN: The Ajman Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility (AJCCSR) of Ajman Chamber signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Thumbay Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Hospital to enhance the strategic partnership and launch effective initiatives serving both parties.

The MoU was signed at the Hospital by Nasser Al Dhafri, CEO of AJCCSR and Riccardo Aggujaro, Project Manager at Thumbay Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Hospital.

The MoU stipulates that the AJCCSR and its corporate and individual partners will enjoy up to 50 per cent discount on the services provided by the hospital, including psychological rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, children rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation and any other services provided by the hospital. In addition, senior citizens, people of determination and AJCCSR’s partners will enjoy some free medical consultation services. Furthermore, it provides for cooperation, coordination and participation in events organised by the AJCCSR in the emirate with providing support, sponsorship and awareness.

Commenting on the MoU, Al Dhafri stressed the importance of cooperation and partnership with Thumbay Hospital, which will be reflected on the AJCCSR’s partners through providing distingusihed services for them. He reiterated the Centre’s keenness to strengthen its partnerships with all government and private bodies that concern its activities and objectives.

He further noted that CSR requires concerted efforts of all individuals and institutions to come up with effective initiatives and activities that realise the desired benefit and serve all segments of society.
