The Dubai’s real estate and properties transactions valued at Dhs4.5 billion in total during the week. The sum of transactions was 2,098.
252 plots were sold for Dhs 1.1 billion, 1,437 apartments and villas were sold for Dhs 2.47 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Palm Jumeirah sold for Dhs 60 million, followed by a land that was sold for Dhs 38.79 million in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid, and a land sold for Dhs 60 million in Palm Jumeirah in third place.

Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week by 90 sales transactions worth Dhs 201.51 million, followed by Jabal Ali First with 57 sales transactions worth Dhs 140.61 million, and Al Hebiah Fourth with 39 sales transactions worth Dhs 332 million in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment was sold for Dhs 500 million in Marsa Dubai, an apartment was second in the list sold for Dhs 214 million in Al Merkadh, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for Dhs 174 million in Burj Khalifa.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 955.1 million, with the highest being a land in Island 2, mortgaged for Dhs 158 million.
56 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth Dhs 54 million.
Meanwhile, a leading property developer in the UAE, is organising a special sales day at the Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche on Sunday.
The event includes a special offer on all the company's projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, including a 10% discount, while other terms include only 10% down payment, and 1% monthly installments.

Suleiman confirmed the progress of construction works on all their projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, pointing to the company's keenness to implement the projects as in the time plans, which enhances investors' confidence in the company's business model as well as in the UAE real estate market.
