A total of 2,926 real estate transactions worth over Dhs9.1 billion were conducted during the week ending Dec.23, 2022, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The DLD report revealed that 159 plots were sold for Dhs877.59 million, while 2,233 apartments and villas were purchased for Dhs5.44 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Business Bay sold for Dhs100 million, followed by a land that was sold for Dhs96.5 million in Al Safouh First, and a land sold for Dhs100 million in Business Bay.
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week with 66 sales transactions worth Dhs177.34 million, followed by Al Yufrah 2 with 21 transactions worth Dhs28.72 million, and Jabal Ali First with 12 transactions worth Dhs38 million.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an Dhs315 million apartment in Jumeirah First, an Dhs183 million apartment in Business Bay, and an Dhs85 million apartment in Palm Jumeirah.
The value of mortgaged properties for the week landed at Dhs2.65 billion, with the highest being a land in Palm Jumeirah, mortgaged for Dhs794 million. 79 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth Dhs172 million.
Meanwhile a total of 2,882 real estate transactions worth over Dhs9.2 billion were conducted during the week ending Dec.16, 2022, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The Dubai Land Department report revealed that 199 plots were sold for Dhs1.33 billion, while 2,011 apartments and villas were purchased for Dhs4.61 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Palm Deira sold for Dhs47.38 million, followed by a land that was sold for Dhs40 million in Me’Aisem First, and a land sold for Dhs47.38 million in Palm Deira. Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for the week with 92 sales transactions worth Dhs244.61 million, followed by Jabal Ali First with 21 transactions worth Dhs147.11 million, and Al Hebiah Fourth with 15 transactions worth Dhs290 million.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an Dhs80 million apartment, an Dhs61 million apartment, and an Dhs59 million apartment all located in Palm Jumeirah.
The value of mortgaged properties for the week landed at Dhs2 billion, with the highest being a land in Al Qusais Industrial First, mortgaged for Dhs693 million. Meanwhile,157 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth Dhs1 billion.
Dubai real estate market recorded 429 sales transactions worth Dhs1.14 billion, in addition to 81 mortgage deals of Dhs270.25 million, and 16 gift deals amounting to Dhs44.84 million on last Monday, data released by the Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) showed.
The sales included 345 villas and apartments worth Dhs708.45 million, and 84 land plots worth Dhs433.24 million, while mortgages included 65 villas and apartments worth Dhs144.45 million and 16 land plots valued at Dhs125.79 million, bringing the total realty transactions of today to over Dhs1.4 billion.
A total of 1,600 real estate transactions worth over Dhs4.8 billion were conducted during the week ending 30th November, 2022, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
Meanwhile a total of 3,186 real estate transactions worth over Dhs9.1 billion were conducted during the week ending 9th December, 2022, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The Dubai Land Department report revealed that 419 plots were sold for Dhs2.24 billion, while 2,233 apartments and villas were purchased for Dhs4.64 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Marsa Dubai sold for Dhs265.69 million, followed by a land that was sold for Dhs64.16 million in World Islands, and a land sold for Dhs38 million in Palm Deira.
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week with 200 sales transactions worth Dhs621.52 million, followed by Jabal Ali First with 79 transactions worth Dhs255.32 million, and Al Yufrah 2 with 25 transactions worth Dhs32 million.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an Dhs54 million apartment, an Dhs50 million apartment and an Dhs37 million apartment all located in Jumeirah Second.
The value of mortgaged properties for the week landed at Dhs1.75 billion, with the highest being a land in Me’Aisem First, mortgaged for Dhs360 million. Meanwhile,129 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth Dhs500 million.
Separately, Dubai real estate market recorded 617 sales transactions worth Dhs1.45 billion, in addition to 85 mortgage deals of Dhs257.35 million, and 19 gift deals amounting to Dhs34.64 million, data released by the Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) showed.
The sales included 532 villas and apartments worth Dhs1.11 billion, and 85 land plots worth Dhs338.47 million, while mortgages included 70 villas and apartments worth Dhs169.82 million and 15 land plots valued at Dhs87.53 million, bringing the total realty transactions of today to over Dhs1.7 billion.
