Sharjah an optimal destination for investors and real estate developers

The platform of the ASAS Real Estate, the real estate arm of Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB), began welcoming visitors and those interested in the real estate sector during the events and activities of the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition “ACRES” for the year 2024, which started on Jan.17 and continues until Jan.20 at the Expo Centre Sharjah under the generous patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and organised by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department.

Engineer Ahmed Al Amiri, General Manager of ASAS Real Estate, emphasised the company’s keenness to participate in the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition - “ACRES 2024,” out of the company’s board belief in its importance as one of the most important real estate exhibitions in the region.

As an exceptional annual platform that showcases the most important investment opportunities in this vital sector and presents the latest developments related to modern and advanced real estate projects, it provides an extraordinary gateway for exchanging expertise, enriching experiences, and transferring best practices in one place that brings together the most important local and international leading companies in the real estate sector.

He pointed out that “ASAS” is looking through its participation to highlight its distinctive development projects, whether existing or new, that contribute to supporting the economic and urban renaissance in the Emirate of Sharjah, introducing its mark as a national real estate company, and displaying the varied opportunities and distinctive real estate options it offers.

In addition, to introducing future projects that will soon see the light, which ASAS seeks through them to meet the desires and requests of all segments of the community interested in real estate investment in the Emirate of Sharjah.

Engineer Ahmed Al Amiri added that the company prepared a comprehensive platform at the exhibition, with a specialised marketing team present throughout the event days to highlight these development projects and display miniature models of them.
