According to a report by PwC, an estimated 85 million jobs are expected to go unfilled due to skill shortages, resulting in a staggering loss of $8.5 trillion. Furthermore, the World Economic Forum projects that 65% of children entering primary schools today will end up in jobs that do not yet exist

To ensure this doesn’t happen, Trusity, a pioneering edtech and skilltech platform, is leading the charge in preparing today's youth for the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century with TruPreneurs - a dynamic programme shaping the next generation of innovative thinkers and entrepreneurs. With a mission to instill crucial 21st-century and employability skills in children and youth, Trusity aims to bridge the gap between traditional education and the rapidly evolving demands of the future job market.

“The need for such initiatives has never been more apparent. Trusity's focus is on empowering students with digital skills and life skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, innovation, creativity, resilience, collaboration, and communication – essential attributes for navigating an uncertain future”, said Rajani Nalla, Founder and CEO of Trusity.

Having started teaching at the age of 15, Rajani’s passion for education blossomed through experiences working with orphanages and NGOs. Witnessing firsthand the transformative power of quality education, she envisioned a platform that could democratise access to such opportunities on a global scale.

“The TruPreneurs programme enables learners to develop innovative ideas, grow an entrepreneurial mindset, understand business and financial models, and polish their communication skills. It also provides real-world experience in entrepreneurship to prepare them for the challenges of the future job market and the evolving entrepreneurial landscape.

The program aims to provide a platform for youth to develop skills essential for success in today's dynamic world. Through mentorship, experiential learning, design-thinking and hands-on projects, the program nurtures a spirit of innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility among young minds,” added Ms. Nalla.
