ADX announces listing of Masdar Green Bonds tomorrow

The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) announced today the listing of Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC - Masdar Green Bonds, with a total amount of US$1,000,000,000 in two tranches starting Tuesday 3rd September 2024.

As per the pricing terms, the issue size of the first Green Bonds tranche is $500,000,000 with a fixed interest rate of 4.875 percent due in 2029; while the second tranche is $500,000,000 with an interest rate of 5.250 percent due in 2034.
