The OMODA & JAECOO Middle East Spare Parts Distribution Center, located in Dubai's Jebel Ali Free Zone, officially opened on December 19, 2024. Spanning 12,000 square meters, it is the largest Chinese automotive brand spare parts center in the Middle East and the first integrated regional center for OMODA & JAECOO. The center’s opening was attended by key executives, including Zhang Guibing, President of Chery International, and Peng Gang, Vice President of JD Logistics Middle East and North Africa (MENA), alongside media representatives from the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
This new facility significantly enhances parts supply efficiency across the Middle East, providing a 95% parts fulfillment rate and ensuring 24-hour supply of critical VOR (Vehicle Off-Road) parts. The center stocks over 20,000 different parts, meeting the diverse maintenance needs of OMODA & JAECOO vehicles. The fulfillment rate for core components is 100%, ensuring customers’ repair needs are quickly addressed.
Strategically located near key transport hubs, such as Jebel Ali Port and Al Maktoum International Airport, the center optimizes logistics and reduces delivery time. Utilizing advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and wireless logistics technology, the center provides real-time inventory visibility, reduces stockouts, and improves order accuracy, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction. The WMS also automates processes like barcode scanning, reducing human errors and improving operational efficiency.
This center also demonstrates OMODA & JAECOO’s commitment to the Middle East and their global service network. Unlike other Chinese brands that rely on parts shipments from China, the new distribution center has reduced the shipping cycle from 60 to 9 days, improving shipping efficiency by 85%. This enables a faster response to local demand for high-quality, responsive service.
The center is a crucial part of OMODA & JAECOO's broader global strategy. The brand is expanding its global service network by partnering with leading logistics companies like JD.com and Kuehne + Nagel, ensuring global spare parts delivery at optimal speed and cost. As part of its growth, OMODA & JAECOO plans to establish additional spare parts centers on every continent, ensuring fast, reliable service for users worldwide.
The successful launch of the Middle East Spare Parts Distribution Center highlights OMODA & JAECOO's focus on technological innovation, efficient supply chain management, and customer-centric service. This center will serve as a model for future global operations, further solidifying OMODA & JAECOO’s position in the global automotive market and reshaping after-sales service standards for Chinese automotive brands.
