EXEED, a leading premium automotive brand, has officially inaugurated its state-of-the-art Middle East spare parts distribution center in Dubai. Spanning an impressive 12,000 square meters, this facility marks the largest of its kind established by EXEED in the region. Strategically positioned to serve the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including the United Arab Emirates, the center will also extend its reach to West and North Africa through a robust logistics network.
Strategic Location and Advanced Technology Drive Operational Excellence
The new distribution center is strategically located just 15 minutes from Jebel Ali Port and Al Maktoum International Airport, ensuring rapid response to market demands and timely delivery of spare parts. EXEED has integrated cutting-edge intelligent and digitalized systems, including Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Integrated Distribution Management System (IDMS), to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. The facility features 22 high-level shelves and an 8,000-square-meter mezzanine shelving system, offering 25,000 storage locations that house 22,000 varieties of original spare parts, catering to the repair needs of diverse vehicle models. Additionally, the center is equipped with 14 shipping ports, significantly boosting its cargo throughput capacity to process up to 4 containers daily.
Enhanced Service Timeliness and Quality
With the new distribution center, EXEED has dramatically reduced the stocking cycle and transportation lead time for regular spare parts from 30 days to just 4 and 5 days, respectively. VOR (Vehicle Off Road) parts can now be supplied within 24 hours, marking a significant leap in delivery efficiency. This development not only enhances EXEED's service network in the Middle East but also reinforces the brand's commitment to delivering consistent product and service quality, thereby solidifying its foothold in the region.
Localization of Aftersales Services
EXEED's global user base exceeds 350,000 vehicles, with the Middle East being a pivotal market. The establishment of the spare parts distribution center underscores EXEED's dedication to localizing its aftersales services, ensuring a seamless experience for its growing customer base in the region.
Future-Oriented Vision
At the opening ceremony, Zhang Guibing, Executive Vice President of Chery Automobile, EXEED's parent company, emphasized the center's strategic importance: "Guided by our philosophy of 'In Somewhere, For Somewhere,' we are committed to enhancing brand experiences, fostering local employment, and contributing to sustainable development. As we expand globally, we aim to collaborate with more partners to deliver superior brand and service experiences, while driving innovation and value in the Middle East's sustainable development."
Looking Ahead
Moving forward, EXEED plans to further elevate its service system in the Middle East, leveraging the region as an innovation hub to explore high-end market potential and advance its globalization strategy in the UAE. This initiative will enable EXEED to offer even more exceptional products and services to consumers worldwide.
