Canadian artist and billionaire Elon Musk’s girlfriend Grimes confirmed she has “finally” been diagnosed with COVID-19.
The 32-year-old musician, who has a baby son with Elon Musk, shared the update via her Instagram Stories over the weekend.
Turning to Instagram, the musician, said she is having quite a trippy experience in quarantine after she tested positive for the infectious disease.
“Finally got Covid but weirdly enjoying the Dayquil fever dream 2021,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories. Grimes, real name Claire Boucher, has been with Musk since 2018. Their son, X Æ A-Xii, was born in May 2020.
Grimes did not disclose whether Musk or her son had also tested positive for coronavirus. Her latest album, Miss Anthropocene, was released to critical acclaim last year.
Imran and his wife Bushra Bibi tested positive for the coronavirus the other day. The prime minister tested COVID-19 positives two days after receiving the vaccine, triggering a debate on the effectiveness of the jab.
"As we know this pandemic, I would say it's over," Minister of Health Lena Hallengren told Dagens Nyheter. "It's not over, but as we know it in terms of quick changes and restrictions it is," she said, adding that COVID would no longer be classified as a danger to society.
