Actress Mrunal Thakur follows the “grandma diet”, which she describes as eating what the family has always eaten, with a balance of understanding of portions and nutrition. Talking to IANS, Mrunal shared what her normal life looks like and details about her diet. Mrunal said: “I’m a very family person. They’re always my number one. Spending quality time at home and having home cooked meals is what I prefer the most.” The actress added: “Of course being an actor isn’t possible, but when I’m out, I eat a balanced meal, I don’t skip anything, but rather balance it and stick to proportions.”

Mrunal said that is what she has been taught. The actress added: “I have a brilliant trainer, who pushes me to do my best work out and always allows me to reward myself with food that I truly do enjoy eating.” “My diet usually is what we call a ‘grandma diet’, it’s essentially eating what your family has always eaten, with a balance of understanding of portions and nutrition,” said Mrunal. On the work front, Mrunal will next be seen sharing screen space with Vijay Deverakonda in “Family Star,” which is directed by Parasuram.

Meanwhile, Mrunal, who has wrapped up the upcoming Telugu film “Family Star,” has penned a heartwarming note for the team, her heart is filled with a mix of emotions. The film stars Vijay Deverakonda and is directed by Parasuram Petla. Along with the photo, Mrunal wrote: “Wow, what a ride it’s been shooting for #FamilyStar....My heart is filled with a mix of emotions — part of me is super excited for you to watch the film, but part of me is also sad that I won’t be shooting this film anymore.”

“Thank you Parasuram sir @parasurampetla for getting (my character — can’t reveal the name) to life. We laughed, cried and felt so much love while making this film and I can’t wait for the world to see the magic we’ve created,” said Mrunal. She added: “@thedeverakonda it has been an absolute pleasure working with you! Thank you for being such a fun person on set! And a big big thanks to our entire family of stars. See you all on the big screen on 5th April!”
