Actor Sidharth Malhotra on Thursday cheered for his wife and actress Kiara Advani who completed 10 years in the film industry, saying “cheers to a decade of hard work, love, and passion”.  Taking to Instagram Stories, Sidharth, who shared the screen with Kiara in the 2021 biopic “Shershaah,” dropped a picture of the couple from a magazine cover with the caption, “Cheers to a decade of hard work, love, and passion! Keep shining! #10yearsofkiaraAdvani.”

Kiara made her acting debut in 2014 with the comedy film “Fugly” starring Jimmy Sheirgill, Mohit Marwah, and Vijender Singh in key roles. She then went on to star in movies like “M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story,” “Machine,” Telugu films “Bharat Ane Nenu” and “Vinaya Vidheya Rama,” the Shahid Kapoor-starrer “Kabir Singh,” “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2,” “Jugjugg Jeeyo,” and most recently, “Satyaprem Ki Katha.”

Kiara now has “Game Changer,” and “War 2” in the pipeline. On the personal front, Kiara and Sidharth tied the knot in February 2023 in Jaisalmer. Sidharth last featured in the action-thriller “Yodha” and Rohit Shetty’s directorial web series “Indian Police Force” which also stars Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Vivek Oberoi.

Meanwhile, Bollywood couple Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani on Sunday shared heartwarming posts for their fathers on the occasion of Father’s Day, calling them their “favourite hero.” Sidharth took to Instagram and shared a series of photos with his father, Sunil Malhotra, a former captain in the Merchant Navy. One photo shows the father-son duo in a candid conversation, another is a solo picture of his father in uniform, and the last is a childhood photograph of Sidharth with his dad.

The actor captioned the post with an adorable note, saying, “Happy Father’s Day, Dad! You have been my favourite hero since childhood and will always be! From admiring your style, fitness, to your sense of humour, you truly are the best I know! - Your Biggest Fan #MyDadMyCaptain #HappyFathersDay”.

Kiara shared a monochrome picture with her father, Jagdeep Advani, who is a businessman, on Instagram stories. The photo shows Kiara wearing a saree and dancing with her father. She captioned it: “My whole world, my hero... Happy Father’s Day, Dad.”

In another story, the “Jugjugg Jeeyo” actress shared Sidharth’s post and added, “Happy Father’s Day to the best FIL.”

On the work front, Sidharth was last seen in “Yodha” and “Indian Police Force.” Kiara last starred in “Satyaprem Ki Katha” and has “Game Changer” and “War 2” in the pipeline. Meanwhile, Kiara looked every inch like a doll in an outfit by New York-based designer Prabal Gurung as she attended the Red Sea Film Foundation’s Women in Cinema Gala dinner at Cannes recently. She shared a sneak peek into what it took to nail the look for the prestigious event. Kiara posted on Instagram and shared a motley of pictures from her hotel room. One picture showed Kiara trying out a neckpiece, while her make-up artiste was seen giving the final touches to her look.
