'Dubai to Host Omar Harfouch's 'Concert for Peace' with Orlando Bloom on December 7'

This coming December 7, Dubai Opera will host a highly anticipated showcase, one that is headlined by pianist and composer Omar Harfouch. He is celebrated and critically acclaimed for creating enduring human connections through his music. His moving performances have drawn admirers in droves, with all shows regarded as awaited by fans from all over the globe. Adding excitement, Hollywood actor Orlando Bloom will attend as an esteemed guest, raising the level of star power even more.

Notably, Omar's "Concert for Peace" is a rendition of his enchanting exhibition of the same title at the Vatican Apostolic Library, a stunning one-movement piece combining classical and oriental elements. There he was accompanied by the Béziers Méditerranée Symphony Orchestra under Mathieu Bonnin and also received the first medal designated for the 2025 Jubilee. Days later, he was recognized during a private meeting with Pope Francis and awarded the Pontifical Medal and acknowledged as a “Pilgrim of Peace.”

Omar’s extensive list of accomplishments includes recognition at the Venice Film Festival by the Better World Fund and was bestowed upon the Best Achievement for Peace award, applauding his dedication to fostering harmony brought about by his resounding influence.
