Riyadh Police have arrested a Saudi man for passing lewd comments and filming women cyclists in the national capital.
According to the police, the man, a security guard, in his 30s was on duty when he noticed some female cyclists in the area.
He recorded a video of them and passed a derogatory comment.
Major Khaled Al-Kuraides, Riyadh Police spokesperson, said that the culprit was identified and taken into custody after receiving information about the man.

Major Khaled said what he did is against Islamic and public morals.
The police said all legal measures would be taken against the person who has been referred to the public prosecution.
