US President Joe Biden's speech at the North Carolina Agricultural University witnessed a strange situation that raised everyone's astonishment about Biden's unexplained behavior in the recent period.

After Biden finished his speech, which was broadcast live, he extended his hand and greeted a non-existent person and appeared as if he was shaking hands with the air, then turned around apparently to search for an exit.

Twitter had a field day with Biden’s move.

Washington Free Beacon wrote on Twitter, “After Biden finished his speech, he turned around and tried to shake hands with thin air and then wandered around looking confused…”

Harmeet K. Dhillon said, “I repeat, where are the White House and Biden family handlers whose job it is to make him look good? This is truly bizarre, unless they WANT him to look like a dementia patient.”

Rep. Jim Jordan wrote, “President Biden’s approval rate is at 33%. Who are the 33% that think things are going well?”

JVICE MD said, “I don’t hate this man, and I’m saying this from an unbiased standpoint, homie is not well.”

This position aroused the astonishment of many about the nature of Biden's strange behavior during the last period, the last of which was during the reception of former US President Barack Obama at the White House, where Biden seemed like a lost man among the crowd, and he tried more than once to talk to the audience, but he it didn't work.
