A fire broke out in a warehouse in Abu Dhabi on Sunday afternoon.
The Abu Dhabi Civil Defense teams rushed to the site in Al Mafraq area.
The authorities said that the Abu Dhabi Police and Abu Dhabi Civil Defense teams are dealing with a fire that broke out in a warehouse at exactly 2pm.
The police said Civil Defense teams have successfully extinguished the fire in the warehouse for scrap heavy vehicles and tankers without any casualties.
A field investigation is underway by specialised authorities to find the cause of the incident.
Abu Dhabi uses smart machinery to douse the flames.

On July 4, Abu Dhabi Police and Civil Defence Authority, with their rapid response capabilities, successfully extinguished a fire that broke out at 1am on in a building on Airport Road. There were no injuries.
On June 24, a person died in a fire that broke out in a building in Al Dana district.

On June 17, at least 19 people were injured in a fire that broke out in a 30-storey building in Al Zahiyah area of Abu Dhabi.
In May, at least 120 people were injured in a gas cylinder explosion in a restaurant in Abu Dhabi.
The police said that two people died in the explosion.
The authorities said, “64 people were injured with minor injuries, and 56 others sustained moderate injuries, and 2 people died.”
