Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, has proved that he is an athlete to the core.
The Dubai Crown Prince climbed the Burj Khalifa’s 160 floors in 38 minutes, creating a record.
Sheikh Hamdan shared a video and photo of his grueling task with the caption, “Burj Khalifa challenge ”
The video starts at the base of Burj Khalifa with Hamdan and his team members putting on weight jackets before the climb.
The video showed Hamdan and others navigating through the stairs. It ends with all them reaching the 160th floor.
The Dubai Crown Prince was seen celebrating but panting as well.
A statistics shared with a video showed that Sheikh Hamdan took 37:38 to climb 160 floors of the Burj Khalifa. He burnt 710 calories, his average heart rate was 162, while his minimum was 107, and the max rate was 186.
The total fat burn of calories was 10 per cent.
It is noteworthy that Sheikh Hamdan has a disciplined regime.
Social media users were stunned with the Dubai Crown Prince’s fitness level.
Dubai’s famous radio jockey and public figure Kris Fade commented, “Unbelievable! Keep leading the way!”
Businesswoman Roxanne Kosberg said, “100 seconds per floor…”
The sport-enthusiast and nature lover Sheikh Hamdan is pretty active on social media. He shares breathtaking photographs of his whereabouts from around the world.
