Sheikh Mohammed said on twitter, “Out of a group of Emirati astronauts at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Center, Sultan Al Neyadi has been chosen to be the first Arab astronaut, who will spend a 6-month-long mission in the International Space Station next year, God willing.”
The Dreams experiment employs the innovative DRY EEG system to investigate the sleep patterns of astronauts in the microgravity environment on the ISS.

Al Neyadi became the first Arab astronaut to complete a spacewalk mission outside the ISS, as part of the 69th mission last April, which lasted about 7 hours, to carry out several basic tasks such as maintenance.
