A 5-year-old Indian girl died in a tragic accident in Dubai.

Naomi Jobin along with her family was returning home from the airport when their car’s tyre burst in the middle of the road.

The sudden tyre burst led the car to lose control and crash.

The crash claimed the life of Naomi while her family members sustained injures.

The terrific accident took place in Al Rashidiya area while they were returning home in Sharjah on February 23.

According to authorities the car was driven by Naomi’s father Jobin Babu Varghese’s brother.

The brother went to the Dubai International Airport to receive Varghese and his family.

Authorities revealed that Naomi’s twin brother Nathan and her elder sister Noa as well as their mother Sobin were in the car and have sustained injuries in the accident.

Authorities said that due to the sudden tyre burst the car overturned.

The family has been living in the UAE for decades.

The family said Naomi started attending Kindergarten at Sharjah Indian School.

The Dubai Sharon Fellowship Church, often frequented by the family, condoled the 5-year-old Naomi death.

The Church wrote on its Facebook page, “Naomi Jobin (5), we the members of SFC Dubai are one with you as you mourn the loss of dear Naomi, May our Almighty Lord who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds, fill your hearts and minds with His peace that passes all understanding.”

Another Facebook user Koshy Oommen wrote, “Words cannot express the depth of our sorrow hearing the loss of our little Angel Naomi. Our thoughts and prayers with our dear Jobin and other family members and the church during this heartbreaking time. May God give strength and peace during this unimaginably difficult time.”

The distraught family is preparing for the funeral in Jebel Ali.
