UAE warns against responding to suspicious calls or messages bearing Ministry’s name

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (Mohre) on Thursday cautioned customers against responding to suspicious calls or messages, underscoring the importance of exercising caution.

The Ministry via X platform, said, “Our dear customers, you may receive text messages claiming to be from official authorities, requesting data updates or one-time password (OTP).”

The Ministry also stressed that the official authorities would never send such requests through text messages or calls.
